The Coast to Valley Express is a bus service that connects Corvallis and Newport and the communities in between, specifically Albany, Toledo, Eddyville and Philomath.
This service is provided through a partnership between Lincoln County Transit and Benton County Transportation.
The Coast to Valley Express service has a new schedule. It also added a stop in North Albany at the Park n’ Ride, and will operate seven days a week with four daily runs between Albany, Corvallis and Newport.
Call (541) 265-4900 (Lincoln County Transit) or (541)-766-6700 (Benton Area Transit) to schedule a pickup at flag stops as needed.
Bike rack space is available on the buses. Each bike rack can carry two, single-seat bicycles on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sorry, no tricycles, tandem bicycles or motor-powered vehicles.
There are a number of bike parking spots available on the Hatfield campus.
Financial support is available to help defer the cost of traveling to the coast.
